Submission Guidelines1. Originality and QualityAIFTS 2025 welcomes submissions of original, full-length research papers that have not been previously published or are currently under consideration elsewhere. All submissions are held to the high standards expected for top-tier international research conferences. 2. Formatting and Length Full Papers: Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted as PDFs through the EDAS platform. Use the 2-column IEEE manuscript template for conference proceedings (available at https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Length: Full papers should not exceed 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Rejected full papers will not be considered for publication as short papers. 3. Review and Rejection Criteria Submissions will be rigorously reviewed by the conference committee. Papers that fall outside the following criteria will be rejected without further consideration: Template and Page Limit: Failure to adhere to the specified IEEE template or exceeding the 8-page limit. Conference Scope: Content that falls outside the conference's thematic focus on Artificial Intelligence, Future Technologies, and Systems. Plagiarism or LLM Use: Manuscripts with significant plagiarism or identified as generated by a large-language model (LLM). Presentation Requirement:At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work on-site in Casablanca, Morocco, as scheduled in the program. Important Dates
